- NOT an SMM position — If and when SMM is a job that needs doing, it will best be done by an intern or outsourced.

About you:
You put skin in the game. You take initiative. You're ambitious, motivated, and creative — a sharp, long term thinker, and highly organised. You are excited by technology, productivity and solving problems.
You take the company's wins and losses personally. You argue your points with conviction but change your mind quickly when presented with the facts. You seek out logic and market truth. You want to compete. You want to roll up your sleeves and go to battle with your team. You'll back the CEO and your teammates, but you'll also tell them how and why they are wrong, and you'll help them course-correct. You want to be on the inner circle, involved in high-stake decision making.
Hearing customers praise YOUR product, the product that YOU helped shape and evolve is deeply satisfying to you. You don't have time for excuses. You expect results, and you make them happen. The mission is everything. You know your value, you are highly self-aware, and you are not intimidated by audacious goals. You are energised by challenges, and you rely on first principles to solve them. Based on your drive and talent, you fully expect to share in the success of a fast-moving tech company. There is nothing else you would rather do.
You don't get hung up on the little things. You are not too precious about work-life balance either. You get the job done better and faster than most other people and you hate to leave things undone. But you also understand that WHAT you work on, and WHO you work on it with, is more important than how hard you work. You do the work yourself when you need to, and when it makes sense, you outsource low-cost, low-agency work to other people. If you don't contribute as much as your teammates, you feel like you're letting them down.
You question authority and opinions—Just because someone has a qualification doesn't make them right—but you also value experience and ability in others and you realise when they know something you don't. You don't like the status quo. You often think old systems are stupid and need to be redesigned from scratch. You take care of your health and fitness.
