Images, videos, and information in property listings on this site may be sourced from public repositories or provided by property vendors, developers, or real estate agents. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the veracity of the property listings on this site.

Words like 'Guaranteed', 'Fixed', or similar expressions pertain only to terms set between property owners and tenants or their agents via legally-binding lease agreements or their preceding 'agreement to lease' documents and or call-option deeds or appointments of agency (collectively referred to as "the agreements"). PublicSquare is neither a lender nor a financial or tax advisor. Our offerings do not constitute credit contracts, consumer leases, or credit services under the National Credit Consumer Protection Act 2009. Buying investment properties, 'Renting-to-buy' and 'Renting-to-sell' involves financial risks, including but not limited to poor or negative value appreciation. Past performance, such as the growth in Australian real estate prices, does not guarantee future results. Acquiring a property typically requires a mortgage. While we make efforts to ensure tenant or buyer eligibility for home loans, we cannot guarantee loan obtainment. Costs such as Lender's Mortgage Insurance (LMI), application fees, and stamp duty may apply when purchasing a home through PublicSquare.

Tenants do not legally own properties leased from PublicSquare until they complete their purchases through a contract of sale. Third-party property managers are entrusted with property maintenance, receipt of payments, and overseeing distributions. To PublicSquare's best understanding, all lease agreements and property management activities are in strict compliance with relevant State and Territory tenancy legislations, which permit regular property inspections. PublicSquare represents property vendors and real estate agents, who, in turn, act on behalf of property owners. PublicSquare does not act directly on behalf of buyers or tenants.

Property owners bear the initial responsibility for maintenance and insurance costs; however, these expenses are reimbursed by the tenant upon either executing their purchase option or the property's subsequent sale on the open market.
