- Deliver highly targeted leads to our website through a combination of PPC (Google Ads, Meta) and organic content marketing
- Track and continually improve our end to end onboarding funnel so as to provide the best possible experience to our customers and with high conversion rates
- Drive up user growth while slashing the cost of acquisition
- Track and continually improve our referral program results
- Set up, track and continually improve our retargeting campaigns for customers who have interacted with our website and social channels
- Set up, test and deploy marketing automations using tools like Zapier
- Manage technical SEO audits and improvements
- Manage on page SEO in collaboration with our PR manager
- Design and execute back-linking campaigns in collaboration with our PR manager
- Monitor and improve digital marketing automations using tools such as Airtable and Zapier
- Be a trusted advisor to the CEO
- Tell us when the job requires more or less
- You will basically be in charge of all our digital touch points and the full onboarding funnel

Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience (in-house, agency or own company) with a proven history of results and or quality input
- Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with early stage tech startups
- Strong technical ability to use and adapt to tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Zapier and so on.
- Coding skills/ability to configure APIs advantageous
