    • Once the property settles, we will immediately rent it out to a qualified set of tenants from our database, who will pay you your standard market rent plus an additional 50% each week.

      This additional cashflow will be contractually allocated towards the tenant’s future deposit, yet fully available for you to use as you like—for offseting your mortgage, reinvesting into your portfolio, or supplementing your lifestyle.

  3. Future Resale Value

    • Your tenants will have the option to purchase the property from you for a pre-agreed minimum purchase price or higher subject to independent valuation, exercising this right in years 4-8 of their lease after accumulating a sufficient deposit.
